Summary
Burnout Meter is designed as an on-device wellness app. v1 has no backend service. Daily check-ins, scores, history, settings, and optional Health context are stored on your device unless you choose to use system backups.
Data The App May Use
- Daily check-in feedback, such as stress load, energy, mood strain, workload, and recovery actions.
- Derived NURNOT score, burnout-risk zone, history, reminders, and app settings.
- Optional read-only Apple Health context, such as sleep, HRV, resting heart rate, and activity, if you grant Health permission.
- StoreKit purchase status for Premium features.
Health Data
Health data is optional and read-only. Burnout Meter does not sell Health data, does not use Health data for advertising, and does not write data to Apple Health. You can manage Health permissions at any time in iOS Settings.
Apple Intelligence
When available and enabled on your device, Burnout Meter may use Apple Foundation Models for private, non-clinical reflections. The NURNOT score remains deterministic and does not depend on generated text.
Notifications
Local notifications may remind you to check in, show a weekly recap, or provide a gentle high-risk wellness alert. Notification settings stay under your control in iOS Settings.
No Medical Claims
Burnout Meter is a wellness tool. It does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure burnout or any medical condition.
